Membership Guidelines
Every individual, firm or corporate body wishing to join the Association shall submit an application for membership in the prescribed form to the Honorary Secretary.
All applications for membership shall be subject to the approval of the Committee or such Membership Committee as may be authorised by the Committee. The Committee shall have the discretion to approve or reject any application.
A successful applicant shall become a Member of the Association and shall be bound by this Constitution and any rules or policies of the Association for the time being in force.
Every Corporate Ordinary Member and Corporate Associate Member shall appoint one (1) authorised Representative to represent the Member in accordance with this Constitution.
A Member may resign by giving one (1) month's written notice to the Association. A Member shall also cease to be a Member upon dissolution, winding-up, bankruptcy, expulsion, or such other circumstances.
Any Member who resigns or ceases to be a Member remains liable for all subscriptions and sums due, and shall have no claim in the funds, property or assets of the Association.
Membership Application Disclaimer: Regardless of the membership category applied for, all membership applications are subject to the review and approval of the Association’s Committee. The Committee reserves the right, at its discretion and in accordance with the Association’s Constitution, to approve, reject, or approve an application under a different membership category from that applied for.
